At Liryoro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Items: Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as underwear, swimwear, or accessories (unless defective).
Steps to Return:

Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or sent a defective product.

If you received free shipping and are returning part of your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if your total order falls below the free shipping threshold.

Refunds are issued in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). If you paid in a different currency, the refund will be subject to exchange rates and processing fees that may vary.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item(s) following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
4. Defective or Damaged Items

Photographic evidence of the defect or damage
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund of the defective item at no additional charge. Shipping fees for returning defective items will be covered by us.
5. How to Return an Item

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Final Sale Items
